1. Who provides Rhythm
Rhythm Tracker is a SiriusXAI product. Contact siriusxai@siriusxai.com for privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests. FirePDF and ScanDel have different data flows and separate product policies.
2. Account and habit information
Google/Firebase Authentication provides your app account identity. Habits, check-ins, reviews, journal/mood notes, checklist steps and saved focus sessions are stored in this browser and synced to the account’s private Firebase Firestore record.
Account-scoped recovery versions are kept; the app retains the latest 20 cloud revisions. Export a JSON backup before clearing data or making major changes. Browser storage may be cleared or evicted, and cloud sync needs connectivity.
3. Billing is separate from habit content
When you use billing, the app sends a Firebase identity token to the Cloudflare billing service. Checkout uses your Google account email/name and an app-account identifier to link the purchase. Dodo receives billing and payment details through checkout; the app does not collect card numbers.
Cloudflare KV stores subscription/customer references, webhook event identifiers and revocation flags separately from habit content. Habit and journal content is not sent to Dodo.
4. Service providers and support
Firebase/Google, Cloudflare and Dodo provide authentication, sync, hosting or payment services. Their policies apply to their processing; processing may occur in other countries. Website hosts may process IP addresses, request/security logs and performance data.
Emails and feedback include your sender address and the information you choose to send. The website email-draft helper does not submit your feedback to a server. Avoid sending private habit/journal content or account credentials.
5. Data requests and retention
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. Ownership may need to be verified. Support, payment and security records may need to be retained for service, legal or transaction obligations; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Clearing browser storage removes device copies; it does not itself delete cloud account records, purchase records or exported backups. Cancelling Pro is also separate from deleting account data. This policy does not limit applicable privacy rights.
6. Updates
Material policy changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Review the app’s data controls and provider notices for a particular action.
