Rhythm Tracker Terms of Service

1. Product and contact

Rhythm Tracker is a SiriusXAI product. The seller’s billing details appear at checkout and on your receipt. Contact siriusxai@siriusxai.com about the app, a subscription or these terms.

2. Your account and information

Sign in with the Google account you intend to use. Keep account access secure and enter only information you are authorized to process. Do not misuse the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with other users.

Keep exportable backups and check sync/recovery results. Browser storage is not a guaranteed backup; installing the web app does not guarantee every function works offline.

3. Free and Pro

Free provides the core habit, schedule, review and countdown-focus toolkit with 30-day insights. Pro adds routine checklists/starters, Pomodoro and stopwatch focus, extended trends and CSV reports.

Monthly Pro is ₹99 per month; Annual Pro is ₹799 every 12 months, plus applicable tax. These are recurring subscriptions with the same Pro toolkit. Review the plan, renewal interval, total and payment terms before paying. Paid access is linked to your app account.

4. Manage and cancel

Use Free & Pro → Manage subscription in the app to open the Dodo customer portal. Review the cancellation date and access period displayed there. Cancellation does not itself delete habit records or create a refund.

When Pro access ends, Free tracking remains available. Previously saved checklist data is retained, with Pro controls becoming read-only.

5. Browser and feature limits

Rhythm is a habit/focus web app, not a native health or watch integration. It does not guarantee alarms or notifications while closed. Use calendar reminder export for reminders outside the open app. Timers record focused time when you finish the session; they are not a background notification service.

Availability depends on connectivity, browser support and service providers. Do not treat the app as a medical, emergency or guaranteed notification service.

6. Payments, rights and changes

Dodo’s buyer terms apply to checkout and billing. Contact us or the provider for payment errors, duplicate charges, refund requests or a service problem; see the Refund & cancellation policy.

Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights, warranties, remedies or liability. Material updates are dated on this page and do not retroactively change the stated rights of a completed purchase.
