What exactly does Trial show?
All returned deleted-record findings remain visible. Only 10% of other finding details are shown, rounded down: fewer than ten other results may show no details. Purge is disabled.
Will it recover every deleted file?
No. Deleted-record scanning currently reads accessible Recycle Bin metadata. A record does not prove file-content recoverability. Existing files are labelled separately.
Does buying unlock every deletion operation?
No. A paid license enables supported edition-specific actions after review and confirmation. It cannot make unsupported records deletable, bypass storage limits or guarantee physical erasure.
How many users and devices are covered?
A paid license covers one named user and up to two active devices. Professional is licensed per user; purchase a license for each user.
Is it available for Mac?
Yes, as a Preview. The Mac Preview runs on Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 11+) and performs read-only scans; deletion and purge tools, and paid activation, remain Windows-only for now. It is not yet signed by Apple.
What is the refund policy?
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Dodo Payments rules. Try the read-only scan on your system before purchasing.
What information leaves my device?
Scan contents stay local. License validation sends your entered license key and a random installation identifier to the licensing service and Dodo Payments.
